Just as the prior law suit dated 2005 Mass. App. Div. 149 (2005) U.S. Environmental Rental Corporation v. Lease One Corporation Massachusetts Appellate Division, Northern District. November 21, 2005. Joe Angelo had our comnpany wire $24,500 to make first and last months lease payments on a $350,000 equipment lease. We get emails from him about every ten days with an excuse why our funding was delayed. This is pure fraud. We have filed complaints with the attorney general, the Fbi and retaining an attorney to finally put a stop to his criminal activity.
