 Men's medical clinic claims to have a medical treatment to cure ED (Erectile disfunction).

You make an appointment to be evaluated by using medications to produce an erection. If the desired result is acheived (an erection) during the appointment, then you owe $199 for the appointment. If not, then you owe nothing for the appointment.

I looked at comments online that were from people who had gone to Dr Hornsby's medical clinics and found all the comments to be one line and extremely vague. 

I went to such an appointment.  I will summarize the results with 3 bullets to be comletely fair.

• The clinic, the practise, and all concerned was VERY professional and discrete.  Technically, from a medical standpoint I had not problem with this.
• The premise of the appointment is that they will be able to create a reaction/erection with their medication during the visit ot else you do not owe anything for the visit (the $199).  From what I experienced I think there is little chance that you will not experience an erection from the medication/process that they have. Therefore you will have a successful reaction to the medication, and as such, owe $199 for the visit. On the surface, that is 2 out of 3. They know how to do this, and do it in a medically professional way.
• Here is the kicker. Once you have "drunk the cool aid", experienced an erection, and owe the $199, the only plan that they offer is based, generally, on you buying a years supply of the medication. This supply costs roughly $3500.  All or nothing!!!!  So you end up roped into paying a $199 office visit fee, with the probability that you won't want a years supply for $3500!!!!!

I would say that most people wonder if this will work? It will!!!!! From there, most people figure that you will be able to buy pills, or this, or that, like you might buy viagra or something else!!  You can't.  The best "deal" I was offered was 6 months for about $2000. 

And this is the complaint.  You are left with this successful visit and experience with only a $199 bill to show for it!!! Misleading? Bait and switch? OR just bad marketing?  Not sure what it's called, but buyer beware of something that DOES work, but you will not want to buy!!!!!!!!

I think that a good part of the problem and mystery has to do with wondering what this is all about, and if it will work. And what really is not disclosed, is that you are not going to be willing or able to spend $3500 on a years supply, as opposed to some kind of niddle ground where you can purchase something on an ongoing basis.

I will go on to describe the visit itself.

I arrived, was brought in (by the guy with a white coat who turned out to be a VERY FAST talking salesman), given a brief information form with all the disclaimers, etc., to sign.

Then Dr Aiken came in.  Asked a relatively short set of questions. Had me take my shirt off, lay on the table, slide my pants down, and did an ultrasound on my p***s (which was very transparent). Said I had good blood circulation.  He left.

Then a young male technician came in with an "applicator" Which is the injection. There is oral and injection, and I bet most people get the injection because of the nature of it. The applicator is about a foot long. It has a small hypo inside that you load.  He played around with my p***s and then injected me. The injection is on either side only. It works on a spring very similar to the mechanism used in the thing used to get blood for blood sugar testing.

I can almost say that I did not feel it!!!

He then put a cotton on it, said to hold it and stand up. Rub it for 5 min and he'd be back. So there I was standind naked except my shorts, holding this cotton, waiting to see what happened and for some guy to come back.

Well I could feel it working. I gues they gave a 60% dose as a test. And I got bigger. Finally he came back, and kind ofo touched it and said, "That's 65%".  He said to get dressed.  That's when the salesman came back in and gave his pitch.  No middle ground.

About the experience?  The erection got kind of better with a little more time. But I would almost say it was a little painful.  The sensation took about 3 hours to wear off.  Now, I'm not sure if a little bit of it came from the trauma of "lack of use", and maybe would be better.  The sensation after was a little like the feeling from my glory days when I had a "good workout", and was sore in kind of a good way.  However it was not good maybe since it came a different way.

When the salesman was talking to me, giving examples, I threw one back at him, asking if he would buy something that expensive without actually trying it and knowing how it worked. And one of the best analogies I've been able to think of is this:

People enjoy eating. They enjoy having sex.  It is fun and enjoyable and somehow you want to get from point A to point B. In an odd way, if you had someone cram food down your throat, then you will have eaten and be full.  You will not starve.  But it was hardly(tm) the same enjoyable experience as eating and enjoying it.  The erection was somewhat painful (and certainly did not go right away with satisfaction). And I wonder if I might get from Point A to point B, but without quite as much pleasure?

People who can't breath need an iron lung are happy toe be alive with the machine. And some people might also need help with this and need this.

But most may only find themselves $199 poorer after the office visit to discover it's something they can't or don't want to afford.
