Had many runs in with this lady about  8 to 10 years ago on a few message boards. Looks like she finally went over the edge when no one  believed her to be the  "wife of Billy the Kid". She needed help back than and clearly still needs  help!

She has had that account on Twitter for the past 2 years and I've been watching her. This seems like the same person alright-The most unstable person I have ever seen in my life, well almost, she is also very similar to a Wanda Probe, who will go out of her way to sabotage others so others look like the enemy. She does crazy things, she stalks others, then makes insane claims that they are doing the same to her. It seems as if it's a some sort of hobby she has.

She has an obsession with stalking others, cyber bullying and fraud. I always suspected she was a troll. Sadly she preys on actresses, disabled folks, anyone who calls her out on her pathetic bull crap.

It is just so crazy what this woman has done-she seems very paronoid too-like the world is against her. I think she may have many accounts and I suspect she is behind many people being termination from their job and many evictions happened because of this crazy person.

She not also stalks friends, family, landlord's, employee's, she digs for information about them and she will use it against them to destroy their life and leaving them alone will not do a thing. Ignoring her, she does not take the hint. She only gets worse.

She has stalked people in health forums, ghost forums, social media, blog searches, the archives-you name it-she has searched it. I bet she has even searched the dark side of the internet digging up info.

I could go on and on about her, but I will stop for now.

Melissa Bryan actually copied and pasted the contents of all of the ripoff reports about her and self published a collection of 3 books (it was waaaay too long to be published as one book) on Amazon AS HER OWN CREATION!  She has no concept of creation and just continues to copy stuff off the internet and then publish it to make a buck.

I'm waiting for the FBI to knock on her door and question her sources.  She actually says in her new book that a bunch of people who have talked about her stupidity publicly online are supposedly muslim terrorists and members of the Taliban and Al Queda HAHAHA!!!!  She has no clue that when you make a statement like that they watch every single move you make to find out where you get your information.

I hope her husband wises up and leaves her high and dry.  Maybe then she'll follow through on her plan to eat herself into nothingness LOL.

Melissa Bryan never violated anyone's second amendment rights to my knowledge.  Although she's one of the main reasons the second amendment is getting eroded on this country. It's not gun ownership, it's irresponsible people using guns irresponsibly and in  Melissa Bryan's case, toting firearms around without a permit and bragging about the fact. Also making death - threats, claiming that she fears for her life from people thousands of miles away who have never wished her any harm. 

What Melissa does of so often is violate the first amendments right of people. According to her "theory," if she says it, it's automatically true. Anyone with a different opinion is automatically wrong and if they come out and say that they disagree they are automatically criminals. On the very surface this is prejudicial. But she doesn't just say it, she tries to convince real law enforcement officers and agents of the courts that her rights have been violated, in some cases officials have actually done what she's demanded, to shut her up presumably. 

It never works. She simply takes any little progress as a great victory and goes after people that much harder. If she had her way, nobody would dare say anything unless it was in agreement with Melissa Bryan. What kind of a world would that be?

Thank you for straightening or trying to straighten him/her out where Missy is concerned.. Someone familiar with her staking and bullying needed to come along and post about her and the crap she does to complete strangers...

You need to understand something--Missy thrives on drama, and will create it if she can't find it.  Those of us who she has repeatedly threatened, whose personal information she's posted, who she has actively requested others to "take down", etc., have for the most part had very little to do with her.  In fact, one person was foolish enough to give in to each of her ridiculous demands, apparently to the point where a website was taken offline just to please Missy.  That wasn't enough, it seems--having had a taste of power, Missy kept on going, although at that point no one was talking about her because their medium had been removed.

Ignoring Missy does nothing.  She disappeared from the other RR thread only when her own neighbors began to fight back.  Those of us who have been her victims continue to monitor her online activities so we may have our personal information removed as soon as possible after she posts it, but that's our right.  As long as she posts on public sites, it's our right to read and discuss her activities.  We will continue to do so because we have learned that fighting back is the only thing that makes dear Missy back down.  In this case, ignoring the troll is, in fact, feeding it.

You are new to Missy.  Some of us have been dealing with her for over five years (when she first trolled us, then accused us of being her stalkers and began to actually stalk US) and her poor neighbors have been dealing with her for even longer.  Don't presume to tell us how to deal with this creature just because you've been reading a couple of Ripoff Report or message board threads.

No. Melissa and her husband don't seem to work quite like that. I read about how those two would get a name of a website admin or editor of some blog and call and email and mail death threats until the content disappeared. Over the next year or two as the shitstorm rained down from all of the users (trolls?) Whose 2nd amendment rights were flushed so missy could have her way, Melissa and her idiot husband continued to stalk and harass the admins from that site while the users rallied the armies of 4chan and Encyclopediadramatica. Now Melissa and Dan can't post anything online anywhere without trolls pouring out of every malware inspired popup. She's too lazy to get a job, so she comes up with a scheme to answer surveys and sample products for income which amounts to nothing more than continuing to fill out every form and offer from every uth and with generation of publishers clearing house. The flood of malfunctioning telemarketer auto dialer and barely-engrish-speeeking telemarketers lead her to amp up her responding death threats, mistaking them for stalkers prank calling her so they can steal her identity, her success, and her cat. Her local police are sick of the outrageous conspiracy theories that amount to little more than what normal people put up with in every day life, only Melissa and Dan get unbelievable upset about everything and act as though they have some ability to bring the wrath of god down on other people.

Thank God they are just a couple of uneducated big mouths who lack both the revenue and the balls to carry out any of their fraudulent scams, murder sprees, or any event anywhere at any time of the year that involve children or feeding her instant cakes and kool aid soda to.

Well all these comments minus the last one just strengthen my theory. As the previous comment states quit feeding the beast. If you people leave her alone I am guessing she will probably leave you alone as you negate her from your lives. However, if you choose to carry on in your childish, nutty ways then I would expect her to do the same. I cannot say much as I am racing out of my door to attach the message that you are attacking her to the pigeon. I figure about 2 days of flight time should give you folks enough time to seek shelter. 

More poking the distressed beast? Come on people! Quit instigating her! When she snaps, it ain't gonna be pretty. She needs serious professional psychological treatment, not more aggravation from internet trolls! Sure the police are too busy to do anything about her based on her nonviolent scams, petty fraud, detailed Facebook accounts of her intention to murder anyone who stands between her and her goal of making OVER 9000 dollars at her BIZ, and exquisite love for the mundane and fantastic. But that doesn't mean that you have to keep trying to push her closer and closer to the edge! We were all doing just fine watching her proclaim her intentions and goals for her BIZ. And we were just giddy with the idea that NOT A SINGLE FACET OF HER PRECIOUS "BIZ" WOULD PAY ENOUGH TO COVER HER ISP COST. We were SO looking for her complete failure to occur all on her lonesome self.

Darn it all to FING heck. Maybe next time.

As for the first person that commented...You're an idiot...Melissa Bryan is a bully..period...She's also a stalker she stalks people she thinks are after her, her family, friends and everything she has...In the first place she has nothing...Myself along with a group of my friends were stalked by her for almost a year. It wasn't pleasant to say the least..We'd ban her she'd come in under a new name using a proxy...It got old fast...She tired to have someone who had nothing to do with her charged with stalking...It cost him a a small fortune to get that taken care of...In the end she lost....Of course she said it was the stalkers fault she lost because they paid off the judge...From now on unless you have your facts straight you need to still those fingers...Why you'd even come here anyway...Did she send you like she does one of her so called best friends and cousin? Thank you for your honest opinion of her book.  I had considered checking it out, and you saved me the $$$.  I wonder if anyone has a review on her Cookin' Book.  She claims to have receipes that are 100 years old. I collect Cook Books and had considered buying that book.

So I did not like this book and I wrote a review, are you not happy? You argument that other people write books full of nonsense is stupid on the surface. Sure other people write books full of nonsense.  John Edwards for example has been demonstrated to be a fraud, but he doesn't harass people when they point that out. Melissa Bryan actively stalks and harasses anyone who criticizes her. That's not weird, it's harmful. If Melissa Bryan does not like someone or what someone has to say, she goes after them. She attacks them, threatens them and harasses them.

Just like if you don't care for what I have to say, you are quite welcome to close your browser and go somewhere else.  Or  you can continue to comment and try to put people down for commenting on Ms Bryan's book full of nonsense. That is your privilege. Think however that Melissa Bryan does NOT grant you the same privilege. If you critique her book and if she knows who you are, she will harass you. Pray, tell that is OK in your book?

My god, all I hear or read about is whining, complaining and b*tching about this person. If you do not like the book write a review. If you are scared to review the book then do not review the book. Your childish attempts of smearing another person whom you dislike is laughable. So what if the lady writes jibberish bullsh*t. Many people have written quite a few best sellers with jibberish bullsh*t. We live in a society where some people are just plain weird. It is their right to be weird, socially abnormal or just plain nuts. If you cannot stand this person stay away from them plan and simple. All I read in your posting was written based on jealousy or hatred. 

Get a life, seriously use the time another way. In fact, here is suggestion why not use the time and do something good with it? In closing please refrain from being a nitwit. The only person who looks stupid is you and quite frankly I am personally tired of all this complaining.
