Midas Muffler Sold defectife tires and would NOT replace them at first Canton Ohio

We bought 4 new tires at Midas. They gave trouble from the start. We went back and they supposedly finally replaced two of them. That is all they would consent to tho they were really all bad. They said they had balanced the others and that was all we needed. Well Not so.

The tires made noise from the get go, bounced on the road and looked rather ragged.

We finally went to Sams club to have them balanced they told us the tires were "cupped" and had broken steel belts and he could not balance them in that condition. So we went back to Midas and were told that there were no broken belts and that "they" could balance them which they supposedly did. Well soon as we left we knew that Sams was right but finally gave up because we knew we were dealing with crooks and would not win anyway.

We tell everyone not to go there because of this rip off. Poor people can't afford this. We could not afford the tires but needed them and still did not have tires.

What ever you do do not ever go there fro any service what so ever.
