Mountain Magic Motors Crestline Ca Minouch Ripoff auto dealer, sells garbage Creatline, California

I bought a 1994 Jeep Cherokee from this crook, the catalytic convertor fell off in my driveway when I drove it home, he fixed that. Car would not start two days later, a mechanic sold me a new "crank" something for $384.00 plus a $100 tow, two days later the car wouldn't start again,  Magic Mountain Motors recommended I take it to the mechanic he uses on his lot, John Roberts). Diagnosis: it needs a new (recycled) engine for $1200.00 plus labor, I found the engine for $650.00, estimate was for $1300, I paid $900.00 up front. I pick the car up 7 days later and the bill is $1841.00 dollars. I am allowed to pay $941 in 30 days to the mechanic. The car breaks down the next day. I find out it is a faulty security system. I paid $1900 up front, $484, and $900 for repairs in six weeks. I tell the mechanic that I am not paying him the balance as he did NOT fix the car. I told the dealer I did not have the money for the payment in July and August, he tells me no problem, I can wait a month for the car payment. My car is repossed six weeks after I bought it. Magic Mountain Motors tells me that he can wait for his payment but there is mechanics lien on the car for $941.00. I found out from a Jeep mechanic that all the car needed was a new battery, a faulty battery was tripping the security system. The car was $3700 to purchase, I paid $3284 on the car in six weeks, and I have no car. I discovered that Magic Mountain Motors sells horrible cars that are in need of extensive mechanical work, when the person can no longer afford the mechanics fees, they repo the car and sell it to the next poor person.  They just recycle the same cars. I will not pay the mechanic for a $1900 job that was corrected with an $82.00 battery. I missed 7 days of work and I now have no car, unless I pay this crooked mechanic. I begged the dealer to take the car back, return my money and he refused. Do not go to Magic Mountain Motors or John Roberts. Both are crooks!!!!!.
