Girls Gone Wild aka MRA Video is a ripoff fraud company that misrepresents credit card billing transactions. Sylmar, California
FOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. Thousands of consumers called it a rip-off on ripoffreport. After our story aired an attorney sued calling it deceptive advertising. Video part 1 Video part 2
This company participates in faults advertising pratices. I was not billed the $9.99 advertised price for two videos. I was billed $16.99 twice in addition to $24.99, all in the same day. I have attempted writing canel and refuse on the monthly delivered packages prior to returning the unopened package to the company.
I then do not have a video, but my credit card is still billed. I have attempted to contact this company by phone to no avail. This company has a blatant disregard for customer service. They are capable of taking new orders but are not capable of cancelling an account.
