Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I've purchased their "corporate elite" pkg which includes 4 years of corporate and individual return for thousands of dollars and have not seen my tax returns yet. NADN has all my paperwork for the filings and the have only filed an extension for me. But even that was late.
I am frustrated by their lack of professionalism and communication. All of their voice mails are full and can't even leave a message. Now the phones have been disconnected and there is not way of communicating with them to get the tax returns filed. Even my emails get kicked back.
What are we to do???

For all those wanting help and would be interested in joining a class action suit do a search for "opaobie".
Also remember do not purchase anything more for your mall!!

I'm a former employlee of NADN, and a few days a go, I recived copies of legal court doucuments, about NADN going Bankrupt, and filing chapter11 and 7. Im assuming every fomer employee recived this information(as it said in the court doucuments)
I also know they are out of buisness. and it serves them right. about the services you never reiceived but paid for-since this whole mess is going to court I would contact the BBB in LAS Vegas, and ask them about our states Bankruptcy court, because I think there might be a chance to recive your money back, and tax documents. Those who have posted have some great info available. Also do not purchase ANYTHING from companies calling to help with your mall. No one has been chosen to handle mallforall accounts. THey are all scams!
