I am in fact a client that placed bad debt with this company and instead of being a honest stand up collection agency they decided to steal from my company and take less then the balance owed witch was not okayed through the owner of the accounts, they also continued collectiong on the accounts after being notified to stop collecting on it instead they feel sending a $80 check every 6 months with no information as to who paid or were it goes to is good practice.

we have tried to notified every one who paid this company that the settlements they took are void and they still owe the remainder balance and when we contacted the company of course we got the ron jones half of these complaints included who basiclly told me as far as he was concerned i had no title with my company and no right asking for all of our accounts back and proof of payments being taken by their company.

this collection agency is joke at best and anyone planning on turning over bad debt to them needs to ask themselfs if

it would be better to just give it away because you'll never see a return on it and when you follow up with their company they have a ashley in the internal compliance department call you and skip your company down and actually inquire on newer accounts and verify that the company isnt even doing their job and collecting very little to nothing on it because their old. im sorry but if this is the way they handle business never in their wildest dreams would i place prime new accounts with them.

and also from seeing their complaints through the bbb the rebuttels are horrific and disgusting, they sound unprofessional and i hope you dont expect repeat business because these guys rip your consumers to shredds.

this company is going bankrupt and probly wont be in business much longer but at least im going to make this report to speed up the process and make sure any company with good business sense reads this first and does not place their business their. if you would like a great company who does a outstanding job and has professionals working their accounts contact creditors financial in denver,co they work with the best of the best like chase, bank of america, norstroms and many more i highly recommend doing your research on this company before placing and hopefully this warning puts them out of business so the professionals can do their job.

cyliss,

TEXAS
