Ordered a video camera for my daughter at Christmas.  I received the wrong item when my order arrived.  I called nomorerack.com to inquire about a return.  They informed me that they only accepted returns via the United States Post Office.  I sent the item back as requested and waited.  I didn't hear from them so I called and they said they would "track" the item.  It was send USPS priority mail. 

Now, I'm in the mail order business myself and I use Priority Mail on a DAILY basis.  In 5 years I have not had ONE item lost by the post office.  Guess what?  Nomorerack.com says they never received my return.  I started googling them and found out where they scam people on a daily basis. 

Go your research on google.  Search "nomorerack.com complaints" and you will see the people who have been ripped off via returns, defective items, etc. 

Lastly, if you have been ripped off by these certified scam artists, WRITE ABOUT IT on the internet to help others!
