Norvergence LIES - DECEIT - FRAUD - RIP OFF - NORVEGENCE Newark New Jersey

I have been working for over 45 years and have never been taken like Norvergece has done. We were lied to from day one like everyone else has been.

Like Doug in Elmsford New York, we were promised cell phones, only we needed AT&T. Our sales "lady" assured us we would have AT&T service and AT&T phones. Also, like Doug, we never received them and was told that AT&T didn't partner with them any more. Suprise, suprise.

We have spent numerous hours on the phone trying to resolve our problems with Norvergence and have never received the curtesy of a return phone call unless we call the "leasing company" an refuse to pay. Then you will get a call back. Especially if you tell them that they will be named in the same law suit you are bringing against Norvergence. We are also checking the back ground of the so called "leasing company".

We have an appointment next Wednesday with our attorney and will find out about a class action suit. If that is not feasible, then we will do it alone.

We also have filed a complaint with the BBB in New Jersey and also with the FCC. I am also going to contact the Attorney General here in Texas and let them know about Norvergence. If we all did this, maybe something can be done about this horrible company before they "take" too many more people.
