I got a call from an Indian customers services rep from NuEra Telecom from India and offering great international telephone rates which were amazingly low.  The customers service Rep by the Name of Mr. Sameer Malik told that he would give a special employee rate of 0.2 cent per minute for a particular countries I usually call.  So, I signed up the account with them by giving him my $38.95 deposit amount which they told will be refund if I wish to discontinue the service.  

I have been using the service with having in my mind the great rates they offered.  When I got the billing statement, it was 3 times more than the rates they promised.  I called them to make complaint and a customers services rep told me that sorry, I was not put in special rate account.  Some other customer services rep will call me and would fix the problem.

Two days later another customers services rep from India called by the name of Mr. Niten and he asked me to provide some different credit card information to set up a new low rate account and he apologised what had happened.  So, I setup another account and by the end of the month I got the same high rates bill charged and it was deducted to my bank account.  Surely, I was not happy and I called them to make a complaint.

Guess what, I got the same kind of situation with many apologies and this time I receved the call from Ms. Sanjna with very exotic voice, o'man, I am a man after all and I was melted again and provided another bank account information and trapped.  So, they blended my about 4 months and finally and I told to refund my deposit and closed the account.

Since than for the last more than 3 months, I am waiting for my refund.  Everytime I call and request for the refund and I have been informed that I would get it withing 45 days.

Please be aware of these culprits and I am sure there are many companies and mostly India based or Indian based pathatic service would call you to trap you.  Please check their repute first at Rippoff report or with Better business burea and then make committment.
