I ordered from palmercash.com about three weeks ago for about $100 and the status page of my order has just sat at "in progress" while they took my money a long time ago. I've emailed them more than several times at several different contacts and have not heard a response from any of them. I them emailed them (and filled out their online form) telling them that I would like to cancel the order and want my money returned. Again, at little surprise from reading the many other complaints about this company, they took no action. They did nothing at all but steal my money and give me nothing, not even an email in return. A complete and total ripp-off.

DO NOT buy anything from Palmercash.com, they will take your money and run. I wish that there was something all of us who got ripped off could do to get our money back.

#12 Consumer Suggestion

I finally got through to them!!!

AUTHOR: Steph - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 28, 2006

After almost eight months, I figured I'd wander over to the site and see if my order came up at all, and out of sheer frustration, I sent them another email. This time I got a very promp response from Rachelle, Palmercash.com's customer service rep.

We went back and forth, I gave her my order number, she looked it up (it took a couple of days, it is a REALLY old order.) But everything is fixed!!! I'm getting my things! I suggest all people that feel slighted go to the website and send an email from the "contact us" link. It now requires you to input your email address so that someone will get back to you. I know, I know.

Some of you may be a little skeptical, but look at the post that I made previous to this one, and look at how much my demeanor has changed. Depending on how satisfied I am with the promptness of my delivery, I may very well order from them in the future. It seems like they're finally starting to get all their ducks in a row.

#11 UPDATE Employee

We'll take care of it.

AUTHOR: Palmer - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, September 21, 2006

Yes Hello this is Palmer Cash himself. I apologize to everyone for the slowness of some orders, but I want everyone to know we aren't ripping off anyone. We ship every order we get

First, some orders in the past did take a month or so to ship. We've had some problems with keeping everything in stock. But we have been fixing this and hopefully we are getting this problem fixed.

BUT... 97% of our orders ship the same day. We ship hundreds and hundreds of orders a day, and yes a few get put on backorder. But for the most part all orders are shipped within 24 hrs. and should arrive 2-3 days after they ship.

Second, in the past unanswered emails were the norm, as we didn't have a full time customer service rep. We now have 1 full time and 1 part time person to answer your emails, and everyone will get a reply.

We've had a few angry posts here over the last 12 months, but also in that time we've shipped over 100,000 orders. Again I apologize to everyone who feels slighted by us. And most of it is because we couldn't keep up with our email volume, but now that we have gotten caught up your emails will be answered at customerservice@palmercash.com If you had problems with an order in the past don't worry we'll take care of it, and probably send you some free shirts.

I'm not a bad guy at all, it's just we've grown so fast over the last 2 years, we've constantly been behind. So yes some customers fell through the cracks as we had an avalanche of new orders to deal with. But we are pretty much in control of everything now so if you still have an issue with us just give us an email at customerservice@palmercash.com and we'll take care of you. Just please be nice to my customer service reps as they are on your side and like to yell at me, so don't yell at them too much and they'll help you out.

To D in Naples:

I am seriously wondering what kind of person goes out of his way to try to prove to someone who just got ripped off for $100 that he or she is wrong to try to alert the public to the scam. It's clear that Rich's complaint is totally valid, and your ridiculous nitpicking of his claims adds insult to injury. Why on Earth would you do that? Don't you have anything better to do than pick on fraud victims? Sheesh.

To Rich and Steph:

Thank you very much for posting this information. I was a few minutes away from placing a large order with this company and have of course decided not to, probably saving myself a lot of money and grief. Suggestion: The BBB is a total waste of time. All they want is membership $$ from businesses. When the BBB receives a complaint about a business, all they do is forward the business a copy of the complaint, and all the business has to do is respond (ANY response will do, the BBB doesn't even read them) by the deadline to retain a satisfactory rating. The BBB was started by Al Capone and is a giant scam in and of itself. Your best bet for filing a complaint against a company is to do so through the state Attorney General's office. They will actually assign someone to your complaint and work to get it resolved. Of course not all complaints are resolved, but any company that gets a lot of complaints will know that the BBB is a joke. The AG carries a bigger stick, and some companies that ignore BBB complaints will respond to the AG simply to avoid a legal hassle.

GOOD LUCK!

Both Address's are Real!!!

AUTHOR: Dave - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, May 04, 2006

I looked up both of his address's listed on Pamlmercash web site. I went to Both locations and they are there with a sign that says PALMERCASH. The crazy part is the return address is right next to a Boise Police Criminal investigation center with oficer's 50 feet away talking in the parking lot. I myself don't have a claim against Palmercash, but someone might want to know. I don't like seeing people like this give Boise a bad name. Good Luck Stopping him

I too ordered from plamercash.com--

AUTHOR: Steph - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 03, 2006

Rich sorry to hear you spent so much money on them. I only spent $35 dollars, but still... I was reading this, and figured I would give you some solid support in regards to this problem, so that no one gives you any garbage about ordering three weeks ago etc. I ordered TWO months ago. Nowhere does it state that ANY order would take that long. I've sent emails, called, contacted the Idaho BBB, everything. All to no avail. This website is just a shiftless,no good waste of time, and I don't understand how these half-assed morons can have enough of a conscience to rip so many people off.

They've screwed me in three different ways

AUTHOR: Rich - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 13, 2006

Like I said in my previous response, even if this were a "rare import" situation it is far, far, far behind the time frame they claim. Thier claim is that on rare occasions, on rare imports, it can take up to a month to arrive. It has been over a month and the order hasn't even shipped out yet. In other words, that order time has not even begun.

And like I said previously, they charged for a product that was not delivered, which violates the fair billing credit act. (which states that merchants can only recieve funds when an item has shipped). - Tell me, how long do I need to wait before what they have done is considered robbery?

If there was some drastic, completely unusual problem with my order, then why don't they just contact me telling me that? If they are an honest company, then why don't they respond to any emails? If they are running a clean, fair business then why do they hide, not listing any contact number? They have no customer service, doesn't that strike you as odd?

I've used their unresponsive online form to cancel my order on several occasions and no money has been returned.

If I don't hear from them within the next two days I'll first be filing a complaint with IC3.gov, FTC.gov, and BBB, then I will make it publically known through popular forum news sites such as Digg, of Palmercash's business practices and link blog posts to get their shareasale advertisements off of web sites. I don't want to see any more people get ripped off by this company.

You didn't read far enough.......

AUTHOR: D - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 13, 2006

This is a DIRECT cut and paste from their web site: When will my order arrive?
Yes by far this is our most frequent question. Most orders will ship the same day and arrive within 4-5 business days (14 days for international orders). But sometimes someone is out sick and we get behind for a day or we are backordered on a certain shirt in a certain size. So check your order status on the Order Status page. Backorders shouldn't take more than 14 days, but some rare imports can take up to a month. It's rare, but it happens, and you can blame the Patriot Act, as Homeland Security has a tendency to hold our boxes at the border, or you can blame our computers for messing up our inventory, or you can blame Palmer himself, as he should be able to keep everything in stock all the time.

Yes, you may not be an international orderer, But I guess that you didn't consider the fact that the order can be a "Rare Import" coming from OUTSIDE the U.S.?

I look forward to your response.

That comment on the FAQ is incorrect

AUTHOR: Rich - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 12, 2006

The FAQ on palmercash reads "Most orders will ship the same day and arrive within 4-5 business days (14 days for international orders)... Backorders shouldn't take more than 14 days, but some rare imports can take up to a month. It's rare, but it happens, and you can blame the Patriot Act, as ?Homeland Security? has a tendency to hold our boxes at the border.."

I did not place an international order, so it should have shipped within the same day, and in a rare circumstance, as pointed out by the FAQ, take no more than 14 days to arrive. It has since been 24 days since I placed my order, twice the maximum time they have in their FAQ. And that 14 days is counting shipping, the order I placed hasn't even shipped out yet.

Despite them not sending my order, Palmercash has taken my money from my bank account, which is a violation of the The Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA). Merchants are not supposed to bill a customer until their item has shipped. I have contacted Palmercash them telling them that I want to cancel my eternally pending order and have my money returned and they've done NO action to do so. They've done nothing but take my money and run.

For others who have been robbed by this website, they are part of the "Shareasale" advertising network. Contact "Shareasale" at shareasale@shareasale.com and tell them to drop them from their merchant list.

I DO NOT.......

AUTHOR: D - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 12, 2006

First off I DO NOT WORK for Palmercash.com I found this in their FAQ section, it says that the order can "TAKE UP TO A MONTH" So since, as you stated that you ordered "about 3 weeks ago", don't you think that you might be jumping the gun a little? You have a couple more days to go before you have a reason to complane. And also remember that Good Friday and Easter is in a couple of days, so that may also push back your order. Let us know what happens.
