Pinnacle Finacial Group this company should not be Ripoff Minneapolis Minnesota

i have dealt with collection companys but these people are on top of my list they have called everyday , sometimes calling and hanging up . when my wife answers that is when they hang up . but i should saythey hang up on me


they had the nerve to call us on a sunday . i live in pa and that is not allowed i told them this and they yelled at me and demaned to speak with my wife . ( just to let you know that the bill which it is paid off is in both mine and her name ) but they refuse to talk to me


now there latest trick is to call and ask for her like they were freinds with her and i asked who they were she said missy ( missy was the first one to call and yell at us) and i asked her if she was from work she said no so i asked her where she was from ask the biggest mistake was she was from minneapolis ( we do not know any body from there ) so i asked what the call pertained to and she just said get the hell off the phone and get pam right now you jerk . there have been other calls like this them pretending to be a a freind . so watch out

i did send them a cease and desist letter to them . hopefully this will stop them . thewy should be getting the letter any day . but for right now when they call i use a police whistle and hang up . this is the only thing i can do right now
