Precise Property Management, LLC of KCMO is in the business of preying on out of state investors that trust them to manage their properties.  They collect rents but don't pay the owner.  I'm in contact with 11 other owners around the world, mainly Australia, that are in the exact same situation.  By being from out of state or country Precise feels that the owners have very little power to get their money.  They know it's hard and expensive to take leagal action to recover their money.  Precise PM is disorganized and come up with hundreds of excuses not to pay.  They have used every excuse in the book and they use the blame game to extend monies owed.

Michelle at Precise PM cannot create accurate monthly statements or even tell you when a tenant paid their rent and what amount.  The expenses are logged in, at times, in different months.

Precise PM needs to be stopped.  Out of state investors helped the city of KC during the housing crisis by buying run down houses, fixing them up and finding tenants.  Otherwise, these houses would have sat and been covered by vegetation and been vandalized.  Precise is giving KC a bad name for investors wanting to invest in KC.  If investors get fed up and sell their properties then KC could get hit with other downturn in the housing market.
