I went up to "Josh's used wheels and tires" after a girlfriend of mine said they had great prices. Boy was she completly wrong. Immediatly upon arriving i was checked out and whistled at by his disgusting staff of seemingly useless men. The unapproperiate stares and suggestive noises got me going but when none of the apparently illerate staff could give me any service i got very pissed.
Then like a knight in shining armour the boisterous owner of the shop swang onto the property in an unapproperiate manner. What is this place a joke?? He trys to be a charming southern man but obviously does not know a d**n thing about what he is doing either. First they could not find matching tires, then one of the tires they found me was in bad shape and the saga went on and on. All the while, i could hear the owner and his trash girlfriend argue inside the building next store. What a charming family business, right? Eventually they had picked out what i specifically needed for my truck and proceded to tell me that the set would be $180 not including mounting and rotating. ummm... arn't these tires used?? That price seemed crazy so i left and went less than a mile down the street where i got better service, better tires, and wayy better prices. Come to find out... my girlfriend got her tires for considerably cheaper - because she chose to flirt and be provocative with the owner. Nice, really good business policies.
Not a honest business, not well run, ridiculous prices, ridiculous service. If you want to have some entertainment go to Josh's ... there is bound to be drama.

Ive dealt with the guys up at Josh's for a few years now.
Every single tire on my truck the past 4 years or so came from his shop.
In fact, Im heading up there tomorrow to get at least 3 new (to me) ones and then use his facility next door to get my truck inspected.
There is no way you can beat the tires he has for the prices he charges.
Ive hit the place out on Nameless road and the one up 183 from him.
Did I say where Im going tomorrow?
The last pair I got from him a couple years ago were the same type Michelins that came OEM on my truck from the dealer. $45 EACH! These are $185 EACH brand new at NTB! Im hoping he has 3 or 4 of them in stock tomorrow.
Im sorry to the original complainant that they dont have a manicure booth setup in the lobby, but come off it... its a USED TIRE SHOP, with a bunch of grungy young guys flipping rubber to earn some beer money.
If you expect to be waited on hand and foot (that would be a pedicure?), then go back to your dealer or NTB, but be ready to have them whistle at and ravage your pocketbook...
Sheesh.

I was in need of new new tires today and Josh greeted me out in the parking lot and was very quick to get the size of tires I was needing. He then told his people to get the best michelin tires that they could find. I requested Michelins. They came back in a few minutes with the tires I was needing. They installedand balanced the tires and installed new shrader valves. The price was a fraction of what I would have paid for new ones, they were like new! My Explorer drives like a dream now. Idon't understand the negative reports. I was treated like a VIP and I felt like I recieved a lot of value for the money. I run a large service department and these men proved to me todaythat they have outstanding service. I walked in as a grumpy sceptical old man but walked away with a good feeling about this business. It was like being in the 60's again when service was king! If they had problems before I surely didn't see it today. Thank you Josh and your staff, I know my wife can drive safely now. I will be sure to tellscores people about you and your outstanding business, you have a customer for life. If there was a problem before you made some good decisions and ironed out any issues you may have had in the past. Good job!
