Pressler and Pressler L.L.P. have continuosly contacted me in an attempt to extort money from me. They say they are a debt collector for New Century Financial. Just recently they mailed a subpoena to my residence. stating they have filed a motion against me requesting that I either fill out a questionaire, which will ultimately lead to my wages being garnished, appear in court to discuss matter at hand or do neither of the two and face jail time in the county jail until thier request is satisfied by me. These guys need to be stopped!

To Danny in Dover - DO NOT fill out that questionairre to Pressler! Speak with a lawyer first...but do not give them anymore personal information on yourself that they don't already have. that's all i can say and good luck my friend. the bottomfeeders strike again..i have some choice words for all of them..bunch of nasty snakes.
