Ramona Sansoni is just as bad as Smiley Sansoni. They are con artists, fraudsters who should be thrown out of the country after serving time inside. If she really believed in "a deep desire to honor freedom" she would have freed herself and believed in herself & divorced her conman husband ages ago.

"I have a deep desire to honor freedom. As a young person I knew I had to free myself but not until I learned to connect and live my life guided by my heart did that begin to happen. Through Programs of the Heart I was able to let go of the pain, struggle and the rage of the past and awaken to the love, joy, brilliance, and freedom that is innately within. My vision is to awaken the Hearts in others to be free from whatever keeps them from living a life filled with love, gentleness, miracles, and truth. My greatest joy is to bring to you the ultimate freedom of living life from the Heart."

Feb 2010 "Cairns Post"

An insulation company operating in Cairns despite being dumped from the Government's rebate scheme is being investigated over complaints it underpaid sales contractors.Correspondence between the Queensland Workplace Rights Office and a former worker, viewed by The Weekend Post, show complaints about the company, Queensland State Insulation, are set to be referred to the Ombudsman after initial research by investigators.Dumped insulation firm still tradingIndustry and government sources and former staff members have informed The Weekend Post of several cases of former sales contractors now fighting for money they believe they are owed. The companys former state sales manager, Ted Ovens, said he was owed about $50,000 in unpaid commissions."The least (the company) could do is give me enough so I dont lose my house," Mr Ovens said.He said about 10-15 sales contractors complained to him of underpayment when he was working for the company for the last half of 2009."All weekend Id have people ringing me up saying, my pay hasnt gone into my bank," he said. One Cairns-based worker, who asked not to be named, is claiming several thousand dollars in unpaid commissions, and said he had been threatened in the street by customers who had recognised him and were unhappy with the work he had signed them up for.Another, Norman Schulz, who worked for the company in southeast Queensland for five months last year, said he was owed about $2000 in commissions. He said he was supposed to be paid a commission for each homeowner he signed up for insulation by the company, but many of his sales were not followed up by the company and it would not pay him for those sales.Company boss Smiley Sansoni refused to say if he had been contacted by the Queensland Workplace Rights Office, or if he was co-operating with the office.Asked if there had been disputes with contractors or staff who believed they were underpaid, Mr Sansoni said: "Not that Im aware of."Last week, The Weekend Post revealed Queensland State Insulations website and call-centre staff were continuing to promote the company as a government-registered insulation installer, despite its de-registration in January. The website was removed after The Weekend Postsinquiries, with Mr Sansoni saying Queensland State Insulation was actually a "sales and marketing company" recruiting work for other registered installers.

The Age Newspaper Feb 2010

BLACKLISTED insulation operators are continuing to trade under the federal government's $2.7 billion ''pink batts'' program despite appearing on the government's list of deregistered installers. An Age investigation has found at least two insulation operators have been offering the government's rebate of up to $1600 per household since being deregistered last month. It has prompted the government to conduct an investigation into the breaches, including writing to the companies involved for an explanation. Both Queensland State Insulation and Monash Insulation immediately offered to remove the offending material from their websites after being contacted by The Age yesterday. Advertisement It comes as another of the federal government's emissions-saving initiatives, the Green Loans program, designed to provide household energy assessments, is beset by allegations of mismanagement, poor training and a system that is unable to cope with the demand.Prime Minister Kevin Rudd unveiled the home insulation program aimed at 2.7 million Australian homes last February as part of the government's $42 billion stimulus package. The program has been dogged by claims of rorts and malpractice. This week a fourth insulation installer was killed in Queensland while he was trying to crawl out of a manhole in the roof. The government's tougher regulations requiring supervision of untrained or unskilled employees come into effect next week. This week consumer advocate Choice conducted a ''shadow shop'' of Queensland State Insulation and Monash Insulation. Both offered to provide the insulation with the government rebate.''The department says that there are rigorous registration processes, so we are really curious to know how this could even happen,'' said Choice spokeswoman Elise Davidson. ''The fact the website is still up, the phones are still being answered and that they are still offering the rebate is of great concern.''Putting insulation in your roof is one of the most cost-efficient ways to make energy efficiency savings in your home. We think the success of the scheme is really important, there just needs to be some more follow-up in terms of the deregistration process.''Smiley Sansoni, director of Famore Business Brokers, which owns Queensland State Insulation, said the company had been deregistered because a government audit found it had received rebates to install insulation in three homes but the service wasn't provided.''We use subcontractors and they subcontracted further and then walked away and didn't do the job,'' he said. ''No percentage is acceptable but three out of 3000 homes is a small number. We probably didn't have as good quality assurance as we should have at that time and I guess it fell through the cracks.''Yesterday afternoon the Queensland State Insulation website was reduced to one line: ''In light of recent events we are modifying the website to reflect current conditions and hopefully have the website up within 72 hours.''Tim Horvat, managing director of Monash Insulation, said the company was challenging its deregistration through its lawyers. He offered to remove the advertising from the website.''We are in the middle of a court process against the Australian government. We should not be advertising it and I am going to give [the web administrators] a call as soon as we finish speaking and get them on to it,'' he told The Age.Monash Insulation's website became unavailable late yesterday.A spokesman for Environment Minister Peter Garrett said: ''Every installer is on notice. Break the rules and we will take action the government will not hesitate to make changes or respond to issues to ensure effective program delivery and particularly ensure that safety is the top priority.''The spokesman said anyone who suspected any wrongdoing could call the government hotline on 1800 808 571.
