Realty Trade Realty Trade is a scam Florida

"Larry" called to tell me that he could rent our time-share for $3,800+ per week. That was on Saturday, and he must have my credit card number, then would send a contract for us to sign. I contacted him on Monday to let him know that I had checked out Realty Trade and had found some bad reports. I informed him that we would not sign the contract (even if we had signed it, we would have a three day right of rescission), and wanted a refund. By then our credit card had already been charged, and I asked for a credit back to the card. They had charged $1,295.00 to include their fee for renting the time-share, and their fee for selling it a a profit for us at 3 times the amount we paid for the share. I talked to "Larry" by phone at least two more times - each time he became more verbally abusive - and he had excuses: it took time to process the refund, it should be on our credit card statement as credit within 60 to 90 days, etc. To date, I have not received a credit, we did not sign the contract, and "Larry" does not answer my e-mails.
