Don is a relatively new representative to the RealtyTrade team and may not have conveyed all information properly to you. In regards to Don hanging up the phone when you were asking questions, I have spoken to him and he did not recall ever hanging up on someone, purposefully. So if you were disconnected and Don did not immediately call you back, I wish to apologize for that as well. It is possible that with Don being new, that he was intimidated and unprepared for some of your questions. Don should have asked for assistance from Management or another colleague.

This is a website to post concerns when you have been ripped off or scammed by a company. RealtyTrade has done never done business with you, so you are not in a position to judge how we perform services. If you do not wish to use our services, that is your choice, but it is irresponsible and inaccurate to post libelous information online to a consumer advocacy website if you have never had dealings with said organization.
