Scott Mayer Failure to ship purchased items and asking for more money for shipping High Point North Carolina

I found a long-arm quilting machine including the frame and computer accessories to purchase on Ebay.  I was sent an Ebay invoice instructing me to purchase MoneyPaks from Walmart.  I did and emailed the information, as instructed by Ebay, to the seller.  He confirmed receipt of the money and said he would be shipping the products the next day. I agreed this his arraingements and waited.  I sent 2 follow-up emails asking for tracking numbers and did not receive replies.  The last email I received stated he had used the monies received to pay lawyer fees for a divorce and needed additional money for the shipping of the merchandise.  I contacted Ebay and was told there was no purchase information with them regarding my purchase.  They suggested I contact MoneyPak to file a complaint.  This is a scam artist, so BUYER BEWARE!
