 Trey Smith/Smith construction and floor covering was hired in april 2013 and paid $3200.00 to put in an handicapped accessible bathroom in a disabled grandmothers home.Trey took the money and never came back,he sets time table when job will be complete then uses ever excuse in the book as to why he does not show up to do the job.said it would take two weeks to start it and only 2 days to complete the job said it would be done by mothers day,then by her birthday in july,then labor day then by thanksgiving and christmas.Do not hire this person or company the south carolina residential builders commision says he is not a licensed contractor and can not legally be doing contractor work and he has had several complaints filed against him by the better business bureau.
