Stonebridge Casualty Insurance Company Stalling; won't pay -complaint # 2 Plano Texas

Claim # CA0900254 Stonebridge Casualty Insurance is the advertised credit card insurer for Capital One. I lost my job Nov 7, 2008. I contacted Stonebridge and was told I had to wait 30 days to file a claim. On 12/07 I contacted them again I was told forms would be mailed to me to file my claim. Form never arrived . In January I called again-no forms. End of January I called again the forms arrived. I faxed the forms and required copies of layoff etc on 02/03. On Feb. 11 Stonebridge sent another form to be filled out and faxed back. I called them on 02/20 and was told I had to fax back these new forms and it would be another 30 days to process my request per their person Cookie. I have been unemployed since 11/07. It is almost 4 months. I have paid a fee to Stonebridge for many years for this credit card insurance in the event of unemployment. My opinion is that Stonebridge Insurance is dragging this out.
