 We ordered the pots and pans from this company and were very pleased with the quality. However, when we purchased the exercise equipment, we paid all at once and never received an account number. When the equipment was put together, my nephew tried it out and was thrown over backwards. My brother then tried it and the same thing almost happened to him as well. Very dangerous piece of equipment. Also, there was no weight limit included in the brochure, which we kept, and neither of us fall into the weight restriction of 220 lbs. Tried to call SCH and got a recorded message which tells you you must have an account number to get anywhere.  We were never given one.  I also tried to e-mail them and received no answer. So here we're stuck with a piece of equipment virtually worthless which cost us $129.00, plus $91.00 shipping and now we have to send it back for another $91.00, with no guarantee we'll get our money back. Can you say "RIPOFF"?
