Tactica International, Millinex, IGIA Ripoff I ordered 2 vacuums from their infomercial. They never shipped them, but took money from my account on in November, 2005. I have been trying repeatedly to get a refund now since February 2006, but when I call they hang up on me. This has to be fraud, why can't the government do something about them. New York New York

The infomercials seem honest, but once you order and they get their money it's a whole different story. I never received the vacuums and cannot get my money back. On top of that their customer service is horrible. Your on hold forever only to be finally told, you'll get your credit. When you try to ask anything further they hang up on you after calling you names. I see they filed a rebuttal and said to e-mail them, but they didn't give their e-mail address, another case of lip service.
