I saw in the news paper that the postal service was hiring. I ordered the study guide and they said that there was four ways to receive a refund. They never gave a phisical address only a fax number a 800 number and a website address. the 800 number is not in service and the website only goes to different ads. They charged $129 for what they say is "12 steps to success".
