Basically I had the same problem with Money-Page.net, aka Double-Hourly.Com. I submitted low amounts of money, which I got reimbursed, only to realize that the paybacks were fraudlent funds through Paypal.

I managed to get Money-Page.net shut down by reporting them to their ISP, Domains by Proxy. They later came up with double-hourly.com, once again through Domains By Proxy. I got their second site shut down as well.

As for a total, I lost $2866.67 total. I continue to search for their new sites and will continue to have them shut down. I feel personally that Domains by Proxy, aka Godaddy.com should be more reponsible before they let these scammers host sites and that Paypal should better protect their user accounts from fraudulent activities.

I do not intend to pay Paypal for these chargebacks as I clearly indicated what these sites were and who they were hosted by. If Paypal decided to do the right thing, Im sure they could find the people who put these sites up and prosecute them for their lost money. Since they have decided not to do so, I feel that Im not responsible either.

Word of advice is not to use Paypal. If anything goes wrong, you are responsible. I was neither a buyer or seller in this process yet they are trying to hold me liable for their lack of security.
