Earlier this year my wife was SEXUALLY HARASSED by a technician that came to our home. We notified the company immediately of the the situation and was informed that action would be taken. After months of lies and games played by this company my wife and I are fed up. Nothing has been done. Not to mention the service issues we have had as they have the monopoly in the area.
