Tire Kingdom, Took Car To Tire Kingdom Kiosk In South Park Mall CHEATS, CHEAPSCAPES Charlotte North Carolina

I took my vechicle to the Tire Kingdom Kisok and handed over the keys. I was told it would take 2.5 hrs and i was okay with that as i took it in at 12:30 and they advertise "Shop While you Wait" and that I did.

So 2 hours later I go back by to see how much longer my car would be and they tell me about 1.5 more hours most likely. I tell them that they told me 2.5 before and I Have to leave for work by 4.

So at 3:45 I call back and they tell me that it would be about 30-45 more mintues and I tell them again that I have to go to work and he said he's call me right back, and he did call me 2 mintues later and informs me that my car in done and that it will be back to South Park Mall in about 5 minutes, which i thought was weird since before if would be at least half and hour more. But I didn't ask any questions.

I arrive at the kiosk, located again in South Park Mall to pay, get the location of my car and my keys. He takes my money and tells me my car is parked in the same area it was before.

I get to my car and not only is it in the same area, it's in the exact same spot as before, nothing was changed in my car, there was no paper mats on the flood from when they work on it to keep it clean, there was no sticker telling me when i needed my next oil change and milage and i didn't get a reciept giving me any recommendations on for my car. All of this i thought was weird, but i had to work so i didn't ask questions.

The next day, I have a weird feeling about the whole thing so I take it to a local Firestone on Park Road. I asked a mechanic there if he could just check to see if an oil change had been done, and to my suprize not only had they NOT GIVEN ME AN OIL CHANGE, there was NO OIL in my car, even though there was the day before when i checked it before taking it in.

The mechanic then continues to tell me that if i had driven for even 1-2 more days my enginee most likely wouled have blown up. I was LIVID. Not only did they completely cheat me but they took my money on top of that! An OIL CHANGE is NOTTTT something you can cheat people on, they WILL notice and it WILL come back on you. Thanks to a wonderful mechanic at Firestone, he saved me AND tire kingdom the cost of a NEW enginee.

TIRE KINGDOM should NOTTT be Trusted and I will NOT be recommending them to absolutely ANYONE, nor will I ever use their services again.
