Tonaderm SBD Health LLC SCAM: tried 2 diff #'s put on hold more than 6 hrs altogether never got through Wilmington Delaware

I also used this because of the $4.95 shipping and handing.  I did not see the notice about the $98.14 monthly auto charge.

 Then on 02/10/2014,  I went to use my card and was shocked when it was declined.  I use this  account as my fun account so never had that much funds in there.

 When my card was declined that is when I was told that SBD Health LLC had taken $196.28 out of my account on 02/09/2014.  I will not be able to get this money back from my bank since I had given my card number for the $4.95 handling/shipping charge.

I'm upset that I was ripped off like this and may this be a lesson learned as I'm a senior citizen and losing 196.28 is no fun.

They blocked my card.  I have read other peoples rebuttals of how hard it is to get a hold of these people and I don't want anymore of their products.  How do you go about cancelling that you don't want anything to do with them?  

 I used this only because of the free trial and $4.95 s/h price. Not until I hit enter TOO quick did I notice the $98.16 monthly auto charge. It took several days to finally get hold of someone. The woman begged me to keep using it for antoerh 10 days b/c she said I hadn;t let enough time expire. Then she preceded to give me 35% off after the trial date. I just wanted to try it and had no intentions of using it anymore. Today i finally spoke to a guy after 2 days of calling b/c the 15th is near and I didn't want them to hit up my credit, not that they could b/c I only use the card for stupid stuff like this and cut off having funds deposited to the card. If they wanted to charge against it , they couldn't. Anyway, this guy refused to let me JUST SAY NO but I stuck to my guns even after he offered 50% discount on the monthly charge. In htat case I will go buy Oil of Olay products and will probably fare better. I must have been at my computer late at night watching videos and saw this ad, I must be more careful. Oh, they want me to send the empty container back without sending me a return coupon or whatever you call it, they will wait until the snow melts before they get it. This was fun, me and my co worker are having great laughs about this.

Thank you for filing this report.  I ordered the trial samples yesterday and regretted it right off the bat.  I failed to read the fine print until I had made the purchases, where it explains the conditions of the return policy and how much it will cost every month.  It would be almost $100.00 a month for each product every single month.  I have decided that I am going to send both products back unopened by certified mail, so they cannot say they did not receive it.  Good luck.  I hope you get a satisfactory solution.  I will file a complaint if I have any trouble returning the items.
