US Cash Loan Scam Internet

I have no account number for this company. This was a payday loan, that was taken out two years ago. We paid the loan off, but the loan company kept taking money out of our account. So we closed the bank account, and hadent heard from then until just recently. They are claiming that we owe them anywhere from $350.00-$1050.00, the amount changes everytime we talk. They are rude, unprofessional, and when we told them we were hiring a lawyer and wanted their address, they hung up on us, everytime we call back, they hang up on us. They do not want to release any information. They have been calling my husbands job relentlessly, trying to get his social security number, and address. My husband is in danger of losing his job because of this company. Each time we call the same person answers, and gives a different name. They have been threatening my husband, his job, and I. They are threatening to have a warrant put out for my husbands arrest. I know they cannot do this, but I would like to put a stop to the harrassment and threats.

I have already filed a complaint against them in my town police department, as well as I am talking to my lawyer. I would like legal action taken against them, to stop the harrassment, on both my husbands lines and his companys lines. This company will not even give us an account number for the loan. Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated. I am afraid of identity theft in this situation, so I would like to have legal action placed against this company.
