US CASH LOAN AMERICA SERVICES THEY APPROVED ME FOR A LOAN AND SAID ALL FORMAILITIES WERE COMPLETED ON THEIR END. I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET FUNDS TODAY. NOW THEY SAY I OWE 299.00 MORE. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WEST HOLLYWOOD California

I called U.S. Cash Loan America Services to see if they might actually live up to their word. And refund my 500.00 They had said it would take 30 to 45 days.  Now they are telling me they want me to pay them 245.00 cancellation fee.  I said no.

Now I am calling every day 818-850-5383, they won't answer, i have emailed them 50 times they will not respond.

i used debit card to buy green dot cards that i sent them.

what kind of loan company wants green dot cards for payment?

in the usa its not legal to require money for a loan.

but here is what happened to you, the people you called are not from us loans, they are scammers in other countries that will tell you anything for you to send them money. first it might be application fee, then first 3 payments then insurance blah blah blah anything so you send more money via an untraceable means like western union or green dot cards etc.

this scam is very common and is called an advance fee loan scam google it.

 you will not get your money back thats guaranteed.

US CASH LOAN AMERICA SERVICES I RECEIVED INFORMATION THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A LOAN FOR 2800.00 WITH PAYMENTS DUE STARTING JUN 2013. I HAD TO SEND THEM INSURANCE OF 250.00 =4.94 TWICE IN CASE I WAS UNABLE TO MAKE A PAYMENT. I HAVE THE RECEIPTS, THE GREEN DOT CARDS, THE LOAN AGREEMENT I SIGNED. I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET LOAN YESTERDAY. I HAVE BEEN CALLED THEM REPEATEDLY SINCE THEY ARE ON PACIFIC TIME, AND CAN NOT GET AN ANSWER. I NEED MY 509.98 BACK. I CHECKED RIP-. WENT AHEAD WITH IT. I KNOW I AM STUPID BUT I NEED MY MONEY BACK.
