When ordering items, the shipping option is already checked for the fastest option and there is no prompt to have you look at the shipping, if you are not careful you will complete your order and then realize you had not checked the shipping, and your shipping cost $10.00
Even after one (1) minute ( the time it took to look up the phone number), I tried contacting customer care ( joke) they would not change the shipping, they said it had already began the order, which there was no way they could have started the process after one (1) minute.There was no attempt to satisfy you at all. You have to eat it.
I had two sepatate orders and the fastest shipping arrived the same day as the 7 to 14 day shipping that cost $10.00 cheaper. I tried for two days talking to them and all they said was " I am sorry" No one tried to at least some type of compensation to not lose a customer.
I told customer care to remove me from any further ads, which they did not do
