VIVANT  A complete SCAM!! They were PUSHY and wanted me to sign paperwork to RIGHT THEN. Before I knew what was going on here comes the "INSTALLER" in a car BEFORE I even agreed to anything. RED Flags went up Covington, Georgia

It was 7:30 in the evening when some gentleman came knocking on my door. I opened it and he proceeded to tell me about this free wireless system with a fancy talking keypad, and key fobs and all for FREE .. yeah right. The guy was great I will say. He had tags around his neck and spoke very well about the product. I was starting to bite. I started to read the paperwork. He kept pushing me to sign so that he could call the installer from our neighbors house where they had just installed this fancy system. He was really starting to get a little over bearing.

Red flags went up... I told him I would look over the paperwork carefully and call them back tomorrow to set up an appt. He said that this was a one time only deal if I didn't allow them to install tonight I would no longer have the same quote. Funny most Alarm Companies need some notice and the tech needs to know the details before coming over and doing his business right? Wrong.. before I agreed, here came another man in a regular personal vehicle saying he was the installer and no one had called him yet??? I told them to get out and be gone. Please beware of those knocking on door to door. I didn't let them in my  home I told them the equipment I had without them coming in. Never let strangers in your home. And as the old saying goes if something sounds to good to be true it is.

now and are well pleased with it.  The customer service is responsive and the equipment is simply great.  VERY intuitive to use.

Our experience wilth the sales person was similar to yours, but the service and hardware looked really good.

NO regrets.

If you do sign up, be sure you've read your contract....it gives a specific window to cancel service after the initial contract period, or you will be automatically renewed for a year.
