We used this company to help with foundation drainage and moisture control due to moisture problems. They are unbelievable pushy and expensive. They pushed a product called "Clean Space" on us - a vapor barrier, crawlspace encapsulation plastic liner. $8,000 dollars later our foundation concrete is deteriorating and chipping off because the plastic liner just prevents the moisture from evaporating - water has to go somewhere!
When alerted to the problem, they sent a tech - he couldn't believe how bad the damage was and agreed that it was due to thier liner holding moisture down where it wicks through the foundation concrete and damages it. Then after weeks of no response they send an email reply that in their 'evaluation' everything is working fine and there's nothing to worry about. hen no reply at all to my emails and calls. We should sue them and may after a structural engineer finishes his evaluation. TERRIBLE PEOPLE! TERRIBLE COMPANY! Contractors with genuine integrity are very hard to find. This company is NOT that contractor.

The Company claims that customer comments made the day they were finishing the installation of a product is proof that claims a couple of years later - after the product has been proven NOT to work as promised by actual events and facts - are false.
I was blindsided by the salesman's video camera in the middle of a conversation about the work they were finishing, and felt weird about it at that time. Should have asked him to delete, but was eager to move on. My bad.
Since these folks have refused to take earnest and fair accountability for their product and services, I have since had another company remove the cleanspace plastic from my home - and get this - no longer have the moisture issue that the cleanspace caused.
Facts are proof. Pressured customer statements prior to a product or service proving itself over time in the real world are just that, and lay flat on their face.
I'm happy to have the matter resolved, although it cost way too much at the end of the day. Sometimes we learn the hard way....
I stand by my experience as reported on this and other sites. These folks are scoundrels and, at least in my experience with them, do not take a genuine accountability for the product they sell and the claims that they make about it. Beware.
