I bought a car about 2 weeks ago from west valley auto plaza while we were going threw the very long process of buying this car we were treated like gold.AND WAS TOLD A 90 DAY WARRANTY IS INCLUDED!! When we drove off the lot that is when it started they said we were not financed yet but they wouldn't let us take it if they didn't think they could?
So i tried calling them 2 days later nothing yet then I called on day 3 then it was final after on that day i ran all over town getting them copies of paystubs which by the way we gave the night we took the car. That was finally over so I called tracy about my speedometer it is 15-20 over they say bring it in but we will need the car for a day or 2??? no they are not going to go drive my car around for a day so I said screw that and dropped it.
Last week my husband was following me and saw my back wheel wobbles I call tracy he says yes we want the car safe for you bring it in. we go 3/9/13 well Tracy is gone??? and the manager for the repair shop says we did it because there are clearly marks on the rim which have always been there i knew that I don't want a new rim just want my tire safe, I try explaining this to him he leaves says he is getting the owner of auto plaza which I did ask another employee is the owner here? He said yes but guess what he just left right?? The repair guy says its not in there 106 point inspection I asked for that inspection report from 2 employees and they would not show me.
So i said this is bull s**t then the repair guy threw me my daughter and husband out. They said call Monday for Tracy today is monday I bet anything they are not going to do anything!!! I WILL NOT STOP TRYING FOR WHAT IS RIGHT!!
