The yucaipa City Council Is VERY selfish, greedy & rude & only cares whats in their best intrest & not the citizens of yucaipa.
They recently nearly doubled the mhp rent control fee to $3.92 mo for each homeowner & the mhp owners have to pay $3.92 per space.
They dont care about the low income,seniors,very eldely & disabled people in the many mobile home parks in yucaipa.
They refuse to build a animal shelter yet they built a 13 million dollar city hall & a 700k small park in front of city hall.
These 5 people do NOT deserve to run a city of 41 thousand people.They let the Yucaipa Disposal Company increase their trash fees & now they are getting out of control.
