We have no alternative but to seek legal remedy and in your business lack of delivery. Below was thew last communications sent via fax to your office. No response, no letter nor settlement offer. We will be asking for the return of your fee and this is your notice of your termination of services due to lack of any business practice in our IRS Tax case. We will be notifying the IRS, and fellow ?Tax Groups of your intentions and lack of business practices.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;

THE RESPONSE OF NOT RESPONDING is a serious problem needing immediate-"higher up" observation and action. At the present moment I have awaited a Settlement Offer by Travelers Tax Group, attention James Oaks for the pending Tax years we have paid for in advance. Since November, 2004, we have had no settlement but have paid in full the $3200, needed for Travelers Tax Group, to represent us against the IRS. We are seeing a similar delay given by JK Harris Tax Consultants, and was strictly promised it would NOT happen with your Organization.

Our agreement was to settle the IRS claim. But no offer has been issued or given. We have not received any letters communications or return calls when calling your office. This leaves us feeling your Organization is about to committ the same atrocities that this other above mentioned firm has committed. We have also been told by the IRS Advocate of no action by Travelers Tax Group.

We ask that a settlement amount be offered, a settlement amount be agreed upon or that an adequate time table be set to reach this payoff agreement. If this is NOT in the plans or achievable we ask that an immediate cancellation be reached and that a full refund be administered. We are holding further actions until 3/20/05 to allow you to find the internal problem, correct it or we have no alternative but to seek legal remedies against your firm.
