The Certified Watch Store is a certified RIP OFF. Beware!!!! Over a month ago I ordered a watch. I recieved an email saying it was delayed. 5 calls later and the New York run-around, I had to cancel the order. The head of Customer No Service is Eric. After calling and asking to speak to a supervisor, we were given the run around and then Eric hung up on me. Sadly, I was told each time “Oh, we just got a shipment in and your watch will be sent out.” If you are looking for a bad customer experience and want to get ripped off in a New York minute, then be sure to order from The Certified Watch Store.

we have tried to find this customer in our system, however there is no indication or record found for any client with this issue or anything similar to it from South Carolina. We apologize however, even though it sounds like this is not legit feedback we will still do our best to explain that we have no control over any items that have been Sold Out and are on backorder with our distributor. Our policy clearly states that we do not guarantee the availability of any product, due to the fact that we sell our products through other channels as well. Usually we immediately inform the customer after finding out the product will be backordered, and often update our system including prices and availabilty. Unfortunately we can not control what gets back ordered from our suppliers/vendors. Thank you Certified Watch Store Management
