Mary claims to be disabled with a laundry list of diseases when the simple truth is she will promise to pay rent or board but does not. Sometimes she will come up with just enough money to keep you from taking action against her.. but be warned.. she moves on from landlord to hotel to room mate to friend taking what she can, making promises to pay and then skipping out and disappearing. I have also suspected her of dealing drugs, prostitution. I have proof in her own handwriting that she has sold perscription drugs. Her step-father is one of her accomplices. She refers to him as "Mr P.".
Mary Rowan-Pepin was arrested in Derry NH on March 7, 2008 and charged with issueing bad checks.
Most of the time Mary deals strictly with cash.
She was evicted from an apartment in Februrary 2008, removed by the police from her next residence in April 2008, went to a motel in Salem NH where she stiffed them for money, moved to another motel and I believe now she is living with some guy in Massachusetts.
