In October 2006, 24-hour glass was called to repair a broken entrance door glass. They received a $120.00 up front deposit from me to order the glass.
Here it is 3 months later and I do not have a replacement glass yet. Initially I heard a lot of excuses from the owner (Dean) on why it was taking so long. The delivered glass was either not the right type or the deliveryman has broken it taking it off the truck. It is obvious that all of the excuses were lies.
Now, I can't get anyone to return my calls. I have not been able to speak with them in over a month and a half. The only person that I speak to is the answering service person who mysteriously sounds like Dean on the phone.
DO NOT do business with this company! They will lie to you and take your money. After that, you will never be able to contact them in person again!
