My son is has a 300ZX that he is turning into a show car.  This car will be amazing when it is complete- we have spared no expense. Wanting it to be perfect we hired A+ Glass to replace some glass on this car. They literally Cut out the Glass, by cutting out the rubber moldings. No they did not replace the rubber weather strip moldings that they cut out. They left chopped up ones on the car. Now all of the window weather strip - molding need to be replaced. This was done by the owners son. We called them immediately, they refused to make this right. My son filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they responded saying they did nothing wrong.  All consumers need to be warned- they damaged my son's car by cutting out the moldings. They do not stand behind their work.  Do not hire this company unless you are expecting to go out and purchase all new window moldings for your vehicle.  don't expect them to do a good job either!

Not the issue you think!

Yes the glass place damaged the car and left a mess, just not for the reason you think!

The rubber moldings need to be cut to get the old glass out without damaging the car.

What was both dumb verging on criminal and incredibly aggravating is that they are supposed to have the replacement on hand and replace what they cut with new perfect rubber.

It may be borderline criminal as people that do this sloppy of work often do not use the proper adhesive sealant either. I cringe to think what they might have done hidden in the sealant.

Now the bad news, to fix the Rubbers, the windows need to come back out.
