As ex employee I can say this place is a drug haven and a rip off shop. most installers and employees use meth, heroin and pot at the shop and in the field. the owner susan and dodie between the two of them have no clue what they are doing. they talk about customers behind their back with foul language. they have statues of mary and Jesus but they are just a front to get peoples money and do poor work.
the good workers always leave or are fired because susan and dodie see them as whistle blowers. do not work here for your safety and for sure never have work done.. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

The people in question are not at all as discribed in this ex-employees tirade. one must wonder why this person is no longer employed there and take into consideration that if drugs were being used they sure know alot about it. I have had many dealings with the business in question and have had no problems (since several people were fired a few years ago).Sue will do whatever possible to make sure the customer is treated well and the job is done correctly. Bringing up any kind of religious comment just shows you what type of person wrote this complaint, one who has a grudge. If there is anything to be BEWARE of it is this type of small minded mud-slinging.
