He comes off as sweet, but always has something going on... he always says he has money, cars and houses don't believe him. Call 911 when you see him. he loves to go to strip casinos and clubs. He loves to cook and clean house. He is bi-polar

Hello,
My name is Tina and I live in Las Vegas. My daughter went to TAO nightclub in las vegas and saw Frank. He was with a whole bunch of people. My daughter made eye contact with him. She ran and tried to catch him BUT Frank took off. I know in my heart he is out here again in Las Vegas. He did his time with all his charges i pressed on him out here. I went to the second hearing with my daughter just to confornt Frank and really what i wanted to do was beat his a**! but of course he wasnt there only his lawyer. His Lawyer is a d***! Very unprofessional and pretty much didnt care when i talked to him and wouldnt give me any information on Frank. His lawyer has no remorse like lawyers usually are.
Frank changed my life forever! He did so much to me and my family and even lost a baby from him! As i told my story before!
I just dont understand how he gets away with everything while leaving all of us hurt, disgusted and with babies that will never know who their dad is and what kind of person he is.
