Ngameni Dasie FRAUD Taken advantage of by "pet delivery agencies" and Limbe cameroon Internet

I have been looking for a pug puppy for a long time. I came across this ad on the internet that had a pug puppy for $140. So I emailed the "owner". He instantly replied back asking me questions about my environment,if i had kids, do i like puppies, etc. He then told me the total would be $260 ( $140 for the puppy and $120 for delivery). His english wasn't the best neither was his grammar in the emails. So on April 25 2009 I sent him $260. I then got a e-mail the next day saying the puppy needs insurance and a shot. That was $600, I told him i didn't have it. Then the "owner" called me and said he will pay $300 if I pay the other $300. I agreed. So then i was told my puppy would be here the next morning at 8am. Didn't happen. So i called them and he told me he was waiting for the owners $300. But he must have forgotten he told me that the owner already made his payment they were waiting for mine. This went on for two days,and the stories always changed. I finally looked up Limbe cameroon and found everyone's rip off report from this country. I called the police in my town and reported it. I then called and told him that he scammed me and he was a thief to steal from good people. I requested my money or my puppy. He told me "your not getting s**t and don't call this phone again or I will f***ng kill you". I then e-mailed the FBI and filed a report. I would request everyone and anyone who has a case /story like mine to contact news people, FBI etc. I lost a total of $560. I will never buy things from anyone online again.
