I was online applying for loans online because I am in a little bit of a jam. My hunband and I are trying to get a new apartment. So im looking online being very careful about what boxes are clicked and such. Then friday comes which happens to be my payday. I go to my account because I have direct depost and I wanted to pay my bills and such. I notice that 31.98 was taken from my account. It says a number and then idcustserv.com I go to the website to chat with a live person to find out what is going on and after chatting for a few minutes i realize that its not even a live person its a bot. They are shooting me templates that they probably send to everyone. So im getting pissed and I tell them I want a refund and i fill out the stupid form they tell me to and it keeps coming up error then I tell the BOT that I want a phone number. So i call the number and im on hold for about an hour and nobody ever picked up. I would be suprised of nobody was planning on picking up. So I call my bank and they tell me i have to go there and fill out some form. Mind you im trying to walk out the door to go to work. So i just tired again to see if i can get refunded so i chat with the person again and tell them i want my money back and they again give me a number and send me the link to the form that they want me to fill out. so i fill it out again and it tells me that i will get refunded is 72 hours if eligable. BULLSHIT. I better get my money back. So I am going to be reporting there site to google, yahoo and msn for fraud and i suggest that you do the same if you had this problem. Just please do your research before filling out forms.
