wow where do you start with these people. lets see you have greg ,shawn ask him how he hasnt been paid. matt, bill, bishop, paul malcolm and thats just there fony burlington office. they ask for a resume that they never read it, could say i like s**t and i eat s**t but they will still call you and ask you to come on in for an interview.

they ask for two copys of your resume then ask you to come in for a second interview to see how the everyday opperations work and let me tell you its a bunch of bull s**t. they have nothing to do with sports. these guys go city to city state to state making up fony company names. when all the while after your second interview they say great we would love to have you work here come on in tomorrow but wait they never got my license my id my birth cert my social for taxes no typ of name and face to a proper id so all you know is i say my name is so and so and i live here hmm what if i was whitey bulger .

they ask you to go door to door to sell people things that arnt even real. they act like they are calling some company when all in all they call there suposed office and there boss talks to these people who havent a clue whats realy going on ,so its take your money and run. then when they wash up what they have done here they move on to the next city or state or if they get shut down b4 then they just dissapear.

it kinda throws you off when you hear these guys that are suposed to be making 150 thousand or 70 thousand a year and live in some apartment with three othe guys also making that much so they say and some have no car . its a bull s**t scam that should be shut down and ran out of town .just remeber when a company wants nothing to do with your resume and they want no typ of id no w4s to sign no typ of paperwork at is a scam .stand far and clear and thats for anyone looking for a job and those doors that they come knocking on

My name is Paul Malcolm and I am the CEO and Director of Operations of Dynasty. I want to sincerely apologize for your negative experience while working in the office located at 217 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington, Ma. However, I must take this time to correct and clarify the incorrect information that you state on this blog. Dynasty and (Paul Malcolm) are in no way affiliated with Greg Hoffman, Bill Bishop, Shawn, or Matt. These people were members of The Nebula Group, with Greg Hoffman and Bill Bishop as acting managers. They rented office space from Dynasty and are a separate entity. The Nebula Group is an independent sales office that worked with home improvement companies. Their sales strategies consisted of canvassing residential homes door to door. I also found that the Nebula Group were involved with illegal business practices, and once I confirmed that, I had them shut down and removed from the building.

Dynasty does not practice residential door to door soliciting. At Dynasty we focus on increasing foot traffic in order to drastically improve our client's incremental sales. We accomplish this without compromising the integrity of our clients' reputation and with no front end or back end cost to them. We design, develop and market aggressive promotional ad campaigns in the form of print media. We also target the consumer using a unique, professional one on one presentation in order to maximize the amount of business we generate for our clients. At Dynasty our sales strategy focuses on a fresh face-to-face approach of corporate events in Fortune 500 companies, business-to-business sales, and in store retail event promotions that continue to deliver unequaled results.

Dynasty offers great compensation packages that range from salary based, performance based, and hourly based, depending on the position you apply for and your skills and qualifications. At Dynasty, we have a 3 step interviewing process which gives our company a chance to further evaluate the candidate, but also allows the candidate to make sure the company is a good fit for them. For any potential candidate that is interested in a marketing position we strongly recommend that you attempt to secure a first round interview. Once selected you will then be given the opportunity to meet with a Director of Operations to get accurate information, discuss your potential, and learn more about our great career opportunities.

Yes, Dynasty does not practice residential door to door soliciting, but instead business to business soliciting which may be worse since you're more than likely to be kicked out by business owners.  There were several incidents where the police attempted arrests on Dynasty employees.  Dynasty 'designs, develops and markets aggressive promotional ad campaigns in the form of print media.'  Basically, Dynasty employees are required to sell gift certificates to the public by walking up and down streets and talking to business owners.  What's amazing is that some of the promotions are FAKE and people aren't able to receive refunds even though Dynasty employees informs business owners that the gift certificates are '100% money back guarantee'.  Dynasty also focuses on corporate events and retail event promotions.  Most of the corporate events I worked while I was employed at the company were a disaster.  Previous customers who bought Smart Circle Promotions through Dynasty were enraged when companies weren't accepting the gift certificates and false promises were made (especially on the vacation packages).  

Dynasty DOES NOT offer a good compensation package.  Paul Malcolm pays out all his employees in cash every night.  There were many incidents where money was miscalculated and lost.  Also, Paul Malcolm lost a handful of his employees when he did not pay them out correctly for the corporate/retail events worked.  

Paul Malcolm accepts almost anyone to work for his company.  There is no background checks or extensive screening.  Please do yourself a favor and do not work for this company.
