Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I recently re-financed my home with a lender whom I used a year ago. That loan from a year ago was sold to Wachovia bank and then countrywide mortgage. My new loan was settled two weeks ago and countrywide still has not given a payoff. There has been numerous requests, excuses as to why it has not been done, multiple people lying about the payoff being faxed.
