Caution!! Beware!! to anyone who is thinking about purchasing any items from this company. Kelly [Mr. Attitude"] at Kikker 5150 is not to be trusted for any type of transaction. For over two years we have been trying to receive MOS and Parts for their Hardknock series with no luck. No replies of any type when it comes to customer service. They will only reply if you are placing an order. Once order is placed and money transfered, you have just lost all communication and funds. We have a 200cc Model [2009] where they shipped the kit incomplete [no chain guard] and our previous purchase of a 110cc never received the MOS. Kelly should immediately give up his position within this company and have new ownership who knows how to run a company!! Not certain how he stays in business, but as a long time business owner, this is not acceptable!!! Kelly, sell your company, you have no idea the problems that you have caused your customers!!
