I just found this website and its nice to see that somebody commneted on who Robert Reil is. Robert Reil had done damage to the company he worked for. He has been promising jobs to be done in time but never pulls thru. I called my friend from the area last year to check on my carbs that the company was doing service on so he went to the place at Kennesaw. The then wife showed my friend in into the office and the shop and the place was empty. He left her to face the angry customers. Robert Reil took everything while the wife was away! He ripped off his wife as well. What a b*****d!

getting your carb back that was never worked on

If you want to ever see your carb again then you would need to sue Robert Reil as motorcycle carbs is sitting in between a nasty divorce and Robert has your carbs and has taken your money and has spent it. he has had my parts for a year and a half and it took me getting a lawyer to find from his ex where he was email joy@joyreil.com to get his address and let her know you want to sue robert personally as the company can not do anything in its current state.
Robert refuses to do the work that you paid for, he dont not stand behind any work and its always the customers fault when you do get him on the phone.
also report them to http:\\ftc.gov dont bother reporting them to the BBB as they dont do anything but send him a letter and it gets but in the trash.
as much money that he has stolen from customers only a legal lawsuite directed at him will he do anything for you as thats what i had to do to get my parts and money back.
ROBERT REIL all around scumbag.

Its painful to see my name slandered on the internet. I can only conclude that you have been misinformed because if you knew me better as a professional or even as a person, you would not have made this comment. While I understand your concerns and can see things from your perspective, I will explain why your accusation of motive is incorrect.
Motorcyclecarbs.com is a home-based business that is a parts broker and a service shop. My wife and I are joint 50/50 owners and we ran it together till 7/6/2009. I have worked very hard at growing it and treat it as a professional corporation. I value the company's reputation as well as mine and that of my family.
In the summer/fall of 2008 I left my wife and filed for divorce. I will not go into the details. When I left I took the RESPONSIBILITY of moving the service department to Chicago from the Atlanta area despite the financial dislocation brought about by my wife's wrong decisions. Moving to Chicago with a friend allowed me time to focus on the completion of all service jobs and communicate with the customers directly. Some customers were understanding and were willing to wait. Some were understandably livid about missing a riding season.
I am sure that this and other comments on the net about the 2008, and my current post 7/6/2009 time frame (as the situation has been repeated but this time with no other recourse) can and will be resolved within the guidelines of corporate policy and reason.
We receive over 200 emails daily and we are able to manage our time wisely without a phone ringing off the hood which explains why we have not posted our phone number on our site. However, we respond to emails within a reasonable time frame.
For other future comments, I will appreciate a name and way to connect with the writer.
