I ordered a "Start up kit" online for $4.95 which was to cover s/h and after receiving it was then charged a further $99.67 to my debit card from "ecig", called my bank and they gave me a number for the company 1-888-767-9677 which is not a number on the website, called the number and was asked if I had read the "terms and conditions" at the bottom of the page, which is way, way, way down the bottom, but when you click "order now, limited availability" it DOES NOT give you any "terms and conditions" or tell you that you are being enrolled in a "membership" club and that by ordering you are agreeing to paying for future orders.
Told the woman that I wanted to cancel and that I wanted my money back, she said she could offer me a partial refund of $40+, I said I wanted a full refund, went to talk to someone else, came back and offered me $74.00, said I only wanted a full refund or I was going to report this to my bank and file a case on Ripoff, she said she would issue a credit, but I must send the item back asap and it would take 5 business days to see my refund.

This company is trading under many different names and the "no flame" packet that you see online is not what I got, I received "The Trio" from Fifty-One, but with a letter from No Flame ECIG enclosed.
I am going to file a dispute with my bank as soon as this charge is out of "pending" because I don't believe I will see a refund and if I don't file it will put my bank account over-drawn.
BEWARE OF ANY OF THESE COMPANIES AND MAKE SURE YOU GO TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU AGREE TO BUY. WHAT A SHAME THEY ARE, THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

RipOff Is How I See It

AUTHOR: C4LCNCPLS - ()

POSTED: Thursday, October 10, 2013

I was online shopping and was asked to take a survey which only had 5 questions so I took it real quick and after I was done, it sent to a webpage which thanked me for taking the survey and told me I could choose from several different free items and only have to pay shipping of $4.95 and, since I had been looking at E-Cigs, I chose to take this offer.  I did not see anywhere where I was signing up for any trial or monthly payments.

When the item came in, my son went to the internet to do a review of this E-Cig and found that there are many companits from people who are being signed up for monthly charges they did not agrre to and that there were numerous BBB reportings on it.  I called the company immediately to make sure I was not caught in this trap but, I was and was told the only way I could cancel was to pay $24.95!  Cancellation fee!

These types of companies should not be allowed to do business.  If, they can't run a reputable business and seel their prodyct without this trickery, they don't deserve to be in business!

No Flame isn't a rip off

AUTHOR: wckeeley - ()

I am simply a consumer of the product.  I did take the time to see what I was signing up for.  Nothing is for free.  Whenever any company has these trial offers they they almost always follow it up with a regular order and a payment for the product you received.  They said a free trial, they didn't say they giving it away for free.  This is a good product they offer and they are more than willing to work with you on what you get and the pricing they give you.  The company also follows up on the offer with phone calls.  They allowed me to haggle the price down to $34.95 for the starter kit with a car charger and an extra no flame battery(the cig. part).  I am highly pleased with the customer service and the product.  I am a heavy smoker and go through 2 cartridges a day.  At that rate I am only spending now $100.00 a month as opposed to the $250.00 I was spending before and now I am becoming healthier as a result of their free trial offer I saw on the internet and saving 150.00 a month as well.
I have one battery that says No Flame and one that says Trio that I received from them, both items work just as well.
Thank you No Flame.
